We request you inform your therapist of all necessary medical
information so they can help you achieve the maximum benefit within your treatment
time.
Gender specification requests for male or female providers will be taken into consideration
based on availability.
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time
to check in, enjoy tea and relax in the quiet room. Arriving late will limit
the time of your massage experience. Your massage will end at the scheduled
time to accommodate the next guests scheduled appointment. Thank you for your consideration.
We have a 2 week cancellation policy for groups of four or more people.
WE HAVE A FIRM 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation with 48 hours notice. Any changes or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, regardless of the reason, will be charged full service amount. If we are able to resell appointments, no charge will be incurred by guest.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to receive the fully allotted time for your session. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin promptly. Gratuities to staff are welcome.
